Allen Harpham
President and CEO

Allen founded Computer Consultants of Hastings, Inc. in 1992 after working for several area organizations holding various titles in the information technology fields. Allen has experience with all of the major network and workstation operating systems. These include Novell Netware, Linux, Solaris and of course all Windows server operating systems.

Warren Michalski
Senior Technical Support Engineer

Warren has been working for Flatwater Technologies since 2014. Warren graduated from Central Community College with a degree in Electronics Technology in 2013. Warren’s specialties are General PC Support, hardware support, server setup, vMware setup and Watchguard configuration.

Bradley Harpham
CFO / Purchasing Manager

Bradley has been working for Flatwater Technoligies for the last 12 years. Bradley’s multiple duties include overall responsibility for our financial operations and purchasing. Bradley is experienced with Linux, Windows and Apple operating systems and applications. Bradley graduated from Hastings College with a degree in Business Administration. Bradley volunteers his time as a instructor in a local 4H shooting sports program and has a keen interest in history and old railroads. Bradley is also the current president of the Plate Valley Antique Machinery Association and is a board member of the Amateur Radio Association of Nebraska holding the General class amateur radio service license.

Jon Haar
Technical Support Engineer

Jon is originally from Georgia, but has called Nebraska home for the past decade. With over a year and a half of dedicated service at Flatwater, Jonathon is a valued team member. He is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Networking at Central Community College, with an expected graduation in Fall 2024. He resides in Grand Island with his wife and three pets and enjoys hobbies such as Geocaching and camping.
