We have some big changes happening in 2014.

The first and most important of which is the addition of another Technical Support Engineer to our Staff. Warren Michalski will be joining Flatwater Technologies starting January 2nd, 2014.

Warren has just graduated from Central Community College with an Associates Degree. We are looking forward to getting up to speed on our and your operations the first few months of 2014.

The second change is our transition to mHelpDesk for our ticketing system. This is the 3rd different system we have attempted to use in the last 5 years, and we hope the proverbial 3rd time is the charm. We have been testing it during the month of December and have been pleased with it’s features and performance.

You will see a mix of invoices from the old system and the new system as we clear out the tickets from the old system. The new system will email you confirmations of when the tickets are entered into mHelpDesk and will email you as the status changes on those tickets.

Finally, you can use the WORK ORDER REQUESTS FORM to request work online if you would like.
